Community Impact Coaching Session

I believe that high-quality human support, emotional intelligence, and career guidance should never be entirely gated by a paycheck. This session is a pay-what-you-can single-engagement coaching slot, and it is built completely on a social impact model. The session is (1) 60 minute session, and are scheduled to be delivered virtually unless location is approved prior to booking.

It is warmly reserved for displaced international professionals, relocated trailing spouses, and individuals facing severe job market instability or personal life displacement who currently lack the financial means for the traditional coaching packages.

*Please note that these sessions are meant to be utilized in good-faith and only used once a month per individual booking (meaning booking multiple sessions for the same individual within the same month, is not available).

This session intentionally de-materializes financial barriers by combining a supportive 60-minute coaching space with the Six Seconds Unlocking EQ digital profile.

Together, we will work to unpack stress, decouple your intrinsic self-worth from external market factors, and rebuild your purpose-driven roadmap forward.

Reclaiming Agency: Breaking through the fog of isolation to rediscover your true internal drivers through a non-judgmental lens of curiosity.
Community Integration: Finding an empathetic thought partner to help you safely ground your lived experiences and take clear, practical steps toward local integration.

The Journey

The Model: A supportive, single 60-minute session incorporating digital assessment tools, delivered virtually or in person within central Helsinki on a pay-what-you-can basis.
The Parameters: To ensure a wide community reach, these slots are capped at four sessions per month (one fixed calendar slot per week) and limited to one session per individual every 30 days.

Financial Note

True to economic transparency, all sliding-scale or voluntary contributions are logged lawfully as standard business income through the private trader structure, with the required VAT calculated based on your paid invoice. The minimum fee is €15 (covering the cost of the UEQ Profile) in addition to whatever you are able to contribute to invest in your coaching session.
